About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and supporting the wider operations team to meet delivery targets and maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, processing returns.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stocktakes for our warehouse and our technicians.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries – this will include urgent part drop off and pick up and organising collections stations south of the bridge.
  • Monitor and ensure warehouse is organised, clean and safe.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Assist with reporting and data entry related to warehouse activities and stock
  • Assist with selling 2nd hand equipment and undertake visual vehicle inspections.

About You:

  • Proven experience in warehouse coordination or logistics
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Forklift experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Current drivers license
