**The Company**
Our client is a market leader in their industry, delivering innovative fresh bread products to the retail, food service, grocery, and convenience market. Due to planned business growth, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Commercial Manager to join the organisation.

**The Role**
The Commercial Manager is responsible and accountable for co-ordinating the supply and use of all resources within the Commercial Department to ensure that the strategic and operational sales, marketing, product development and customer service objectives of the company are achieved while defined company values are upheld.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- leading the execution of the strategic sales plan
- marketing, and product innovation.
- building strong and resilient sales, marketing, field service and product innovation teams.
- planning and delivering robust financial performance in line with company expectations.
- building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- managing sales channels and brand reputation; and
- providing visible leadership aligned with company values and culture.

**The Commercial Manager**

Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful Commercial Manager will bring to the role:

- 5-7 years Sales/Commercial management experience
- Extensive knowledge in FMCG
- Be collaborative, analytical, and highly commercial
- A continuous improvement focus
- People management skills;, experienced in managing Sales, Marketing, Business Analysts, Field Service and Product Innovation teams
- Leadership and professional development/training skills and experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Unwavering customer service focus, both internally and externally
