- We are currently recruiting a **Full Time Function Supervisor** to join our prestigious site **Western Sydney University** in **Parramatta**. Working as part of our functions team, you will be the key point of delivery service. You will work with a close knit team to deliver bespoke catering operations across the 5 campuses. You will be given all the tools and support to perform with a Functions Manager who will put your planning together. You will at times work independently and as part of a group. There is parking onsite and also a meal provided for every shift. Best part is no Weekends

**Key Duties**
- Hands on operation of events
- Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced functions and fine dining environment
- Maintain a customer focus at all times, responding to feedback positively and proactively
- Execution and delivery of the Functions including staff management during the event
- A keen eye for detail and quality presentation

You are a hospitality professional with impeccable grooming standing and a great sense of fun A passion for mentoring your team and great time management are the keys to success in this role.
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to work Autonomously
- Knowledge of Allergen Management
- Flexibility to adapt to clients needs
