As the Cleansing Services Officer you will be responsible for providing self-managed cleansing services that ensures Parramatta’s public domain is maintained and improved to enhance the cleanliness and appearance of the city, and to promote Parramatta as Australia’s next great city

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake planning and goal setting with the supervisor to ensure a program of works are completed effectively and meet the approved service standard.
- Undertake a variety of tasks required for the successful completion of the functions of the Cleansing Services team to ensure the long-term management, condition and usability of assets and facilities under the care of the team.
- Undertake inspections of the public domain and assets to ensure that Council’s exposure to liability is minimised.

Hours: Monday to Friday-11:30am-8:00pm

**About You**

We are looking for someone with:

- Current NSW ‘C’ Class Driver’s License
- White Card
- Traffic Control Ticket (TCR and IMP), or the ability and willingness to obtain prior to confirmation of employment.
- Chemical Application Chem Use AQF3, or the ability and willingness to obtain prior to confirmation of employment.
- Previous experience working in an operational role.
- The capacity to undertake the physical requirements of the role.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

**What’s on offer**:
We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $63,897 to $70,362 plus 11.5% Superannuation.
