**The Role**

Haddenham Healthcare, is a Melbourne-based supplier of high-quality healthcare products. They are a seeking a full-time Customer Service Officer to liaise with their customers and process orders in an efficient and timely manner. The customers, who are predominantly healthcare professionals and their patients, need to be treated with a high level of respect and courtesy.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the responsibilities of the role include:

- Build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service.
- Receive and action customer sales requests to move customers through the order process ready for packing.
- Follow up on incomplete order details and patient payments in a timely manner.
- Engage in training on best practices to support the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Create and foster positive relationships across all customer interactions, maintaining a professional and friendly manner and ensure customer satisfaction as a priority.
- Cooperate as part of the warehouse team to assist with the pick, pack and shipping process.

**About You**

As this role will involve lots of communication with customers, you will have excellent communication skills and have an approachable, professional and friendly telephone manner. You thrive on being able to help others and enjoying positive relationships with your peers and customers. You will work with a high level of attention to detail, be proactive and have the ability to multi-task and ‘think on your feet’.

We are looking for an individual who has the ability to work both in a small team, as well as independently. You are proficient in MS Office and are able to pick up new systems and processes well.
