**About the role**

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will manage all inbound customer-related inquiries. You will be given the opportunity to provide exceptional Customer Service and work with both key internal and external stakeholders. This is a forward-thinking and dynamic team environment where you will be able to further develop your skillset and progress your career

**Responsibilities**

In this exciting role, you will have the chance to support and enhance the experience of members. This will include but will not be limited to;
- Answering and responding to all calls and queries
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- Implement and adhere to company processes and procedures
- Communicate across various touch-points
- Liaise with internal-external stakeholders
- Project support
- Provide service information to members
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed
- Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using systems such as SAP, Salesforce or Xero is highly advantageous
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
