**How will I help?**
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be key to the Bank of Melbourne's strategic purpose of creating better futures together, helping our customers, communities and people to prosper and grow. The role of a Customer Service Officer involves consistently processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately, in addition to providing a seamless service. You will also identify opportunities to help our customers meet their financial needs by referring them to the right person.
