**Role Purpose & Environment**

TPG Telecom is home to some of Australia’s most-loved brands including Vodafone, TPG, iiNet, AAPT, Internode, Lebara and Felix. We own and operate nationwide mobile and fixed networks that are connecting Australia for the better.

This role is responsible for defining the Consumer prepaid pricing strategy and managing customer investment to optimise acquisition, retention and growth objectives for the Vodafone brand. This role works in multidisciplinary teams that include Sales, Finance, Product Management, Retail Marketing and Business Intelligence to develop market leading and commercially viable pricing strategies. The Pricing Manager will influence at all levels from front-line to the executive level.

**Responsibilities**

Due to the dynamic nature of the business your responsibilities may change over time as the business evolves.
- Drive pricing strategies that promote greater acquisition, improved ARPU mix and/or stronger margin.
- Manage Vodafone’s promotional calendar by designing and owning the roadmap of tactical campaigns as well as planning the campaigns right through to bringing the idea to market.
- Conduct business cases for a wide range of tactical activities (e.g. device pricing, discounts, bonus offers, retention offers, online pricing, regional pricing, etc).
- Evaluate the performance of strategic/tactical plans and adjust plans accordingly.
- Monitor commercial and customer KPIs (customer growth, investment, profitability).
- We are all responsible for taking reasonable care of our own safety and wellbeing at work, and to avoid adversely affecting the safety and wellbeing of another person at work.
- Ensure must you and your team are familiar with policies and procedures, as well as completing any associated training, as communicated or made available on the intranet and our learning systems.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Outstanding influencing skills coupled with strong written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional analytical skills in data manipulation, development of financial models, commercial analysis; expert Excel skills required, SQL skills strongly desired.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant or related industry pricing/commercial roles.
- Degree qualified, ideally in business or economics.
