InvoCare is a leading provider of funeral services in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and operates private memorial parks and crematoria in Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Head of Product and Pricing, the Pricing Analyst will be responsible for analysing the performance of the business and recommending pricing approaches to optimize returns. This role will work closely with stakeholders to operationalise the pricing framework and implement change initiatives.

**Responsibilities for this role include**:
**Pricing Analytics**
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics such as volume, value and margins
- Analyse large data sets, draw actionable insights and provide recommendations to our brands
- Model and run scenarios to facilitate price optimisation decisions
- Perform regular benchmarks at industry and location level to inform price positioning
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and implementation of change initiatives

**Reporting and Data Management**
- Create and deliver well-structured reports and dashboards on key metrics
- Engage with internal stakeholders to collect, share and monitor data
- Update and maintain prices, price lists, and package structures in databases

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience**:

- 3+ years’ experience in pricing with a commercial and financial focus
- Tertiary education in Business, Commerce, Finance or a quantitative discipline
- Strong quantitative skills, organized, attention to detail and a commercial mindset
- Ability to effectively work with and influence stakeholders across a large organization
- Flexible and responsive, able to work to tight deadlines juggling multiple deliverables
- Advanced Excel, comfortable with Business Intelligence tools and ERP systems
- Experience in Product Management will be highly valued
