**What you'll be doing**:
Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Audio Sales, as our newest **Digital Group Sales Manager **you will be responsible for driving Digital Audio revenue through both direct & programmatic transactions, representing Australia's newest audio destination app - LiSTNR.
It will be your job to lead the Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth digital sales teams, manage senior relationships with the best agencies, trading desks and direct clients to showcase & evangelize SCA's Digital product suite including **LiSTNR** streaming & podcasts, and SCA's exclusive Australian sales representation of **SoundCloud** & **Sonos Radio**. This role will require a strong digital leader with a relationship driven approach and a focus on providing insight-led digital audio solutions.
As an leader in the digital space, you will also collaborate with the wider sales teams in driving Digital Audio revenue through innovative marketing solutions across Live Radio streaming, Podcasts, Music Streaming as well as video, display and social platforms. You will be comfortable with a data driven approach, and an innovative fast-paced environment. In addition, you will assist in the development of sales strategy, to grow revenue across SCA’s full spectrum of digital platforms.
**Experience we’re looking for**:
- 5+ years digital media experience in a sales or client focused role
- Minimum 2 years management/leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge of digital media with an understanding of audio
- Expert level knowledge of programmatic transactions
- Superior presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Digital agency and trading desk relationships essential
- Local and interstate market knowledge desired
- Motivated to be innovative and a leader rather than a manager
