Joining our wider Marketing and Communication team, this is a newly created role for a
**Digital Marketing Manager** on a
**permanent full-time** basis based in
**South Brisbane **(right next to Southbank). This is an exciting time to contribute to a private healthcare organisation that has grown exponentially in the past few years and continues to grow internationally. Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a critical role in developing and driving digital experience, growth and engagement across the various Icon Group brands and divisions.

**Key parts of the job**
- Manage the execution of the Icon Group digital marketing strategy, aligning with the wider strategic business plan, and marketing and communication strategy
- Production and delivery of strategic digital campaigns, with the capacity to maintain a view of multiple campaigns across a national and international network, ensuring stakeholder relations, deadlines and budgets are maintained and optimised
- Develop and manage digital patient and referrer journeys within the MQL to SQL Framework
- Digital content strategy and persona mapping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content to address patient and business needs across the organisation
- Production and channel management of digital marketing platforms including paid search, and programmatic display, including continuous campaign optimisation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Manage paid social with a focus on growth and engagement
- Support future state operational and governance processes of marketing automation to deliver ongoing campaign execution and deployment relating to MarTech platforms
- Leverage data-driven insights and advanced reporting techniques for continuous campaign optimisation, data analysis, and reporting to optimise program costs, boost conversion rates, and provide clear visibility to the business
- Conduct copywriting, editing and proofreading; deliver written material at a high level for a diverse stakeholder group from various demographics, cultures, and levels of awareness
- Engage with external agencies, team members, Icon Group divisions and other internal stakeholders to meet digital objectives, deadlines, budgets and deliverables
- Digital innovation across future state digital marketing initiatives that align with business goals

**About you**
- Relevant tertiary or digital marketing qualifications
- Experience in a related role within a fast-paced team and customer-focused organisation or agency
- Excellent project management skills and experience in delivering multiple initiatives
- Experience planning and executing digital customer journeys working within the MQL to SQL Framework
- Experience using digital marketing platforms including Google Marketing platforms and Meta/Facebook Ads platforms
- High level of proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4 and other reporting platforms
- Technical knowledge of marketing automation platforms, their operation, and administration, CRM and data analytics
- Adobe experience Cloud, Marketo, Hubspot or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and task management software
