We are currently seeking an enthusiastic
**Site Administrator** to jump into a newly created team and support a project based in the Pilbara. This is an interesting, permanent role that will see you

covering a variety of support duties. Offered on a family, friendly 8/6 roster, FIFO from Perth, this is a great opportunity to join a growing engineering business.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Liaise with head office personnel on issues regarding payroll and accounts
- Maintain file archive records in accordance with Quality register requirements
- Maintain up to date and accurate project
- Maintain and order stationery and site supplies
- Distribute mail, answer the telephone and take messages
- Manage the records of site visitors
- Organise assistance with printer / phones / communication technical issues
- Collate and format end of month reports
- Maintain crew roster and allocation spreadsheet
- Liaise between Supervisors and Flights Coordinator for any flight's changes
- Maintain annual leave reports and tracking system
- Typing all site correspondence/memos as required
- Provide administrative support to Supervisors, Superintendents and Managers
- Support the management team and relevant supervisors in developing quality assurance
- Document control - uploading, formatting documents and review / amendment of document format, grammar and spelling
- Enter fuel into daily fuel spreadsheet
- Data entry and maintenance of training matrix;
**Experience required**:

- Minimum 2 years site administrative support
- Advanced M/S Office skills
- Excellent IT skills across M/S office
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Able to take initiative and demonstrate effective time management
