**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks related to the site operations
- Coordinate with various departments, including operations, finance, and human resources, to ensure smooth functioning of the site
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including personnel, equipment, and supplies
- Support the site team in daily administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing office supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proficient in using INX and Workflow
- Familiarity with site operations, including knowledge of safety regulations, is preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record-keeping
- Availability for an immediate start and willingness to work on an 8/6 roster
