We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our Mining - Drill & Blast team at our Goldfields, WA operations. This will be on going, long-term project work.

Full-time position on a FIFO from Perth. Roster is 8:6 roster - day shift only.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Operation Manager, the Site Administrator facilitates smooth operations by providing essential administrative support, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, and maintaining accurate records.

This role plays a pivotal part in optimizing site functionality, enabling the team to focus on core operational tasks while ensuring logístical and administrative processes run seamlessly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain site daily site reports.
- Enter purchase orders and receipt goods using the accounting system.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing freight.
- Maintain stationery and office consumables.
- Processing, completion and forwarding of time sheets and assisting with payroll queries.
- Maintain stock and purchases.
- Assist the Operations Manager and Site Management team as required.
- Other operational support as required.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administration type role
- C Class Drivers Licence (Manual)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Microsoft Office Suite - intermediate to advanced
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment
- Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment

**Desirables**:

- Previous experience working as a Site Administrator
