Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.

Minimum of 10+ total years of experience.

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.

Understanding of SNOW project life cycle.

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects Identify the stakeholders.

Host the workshops for ServiceNow and infrastructure requirement gathering Understand the service and document all the requirements (UI, SLA, approval workflow, automation, integration etc.)

Create BRD, Sprints and write user stories.

Create an entry in the JIRA Create project plan and share the timeline with the stakeholders.

Explain the BRD to developers/Engineers.

Host daily meeting with offshore development team to track the progress

Perform the functional testing

Essential:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
- DevOps, InfraOps, Agile and Technology Service Delivery.
- ITIL Certification.
- Build rapport with service owners and SMEs within our infrastructure teams via variety of communication techniques.

Preferred:

- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Collaborate with a targeted project team and technical stakeholders.

Additional Skills:

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions - Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Ability to multitaskand prioritise tasks

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $58,295.16 - $149,397.40 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
