Technical Business Analyst (Data)

Our client is an insurance company.

**Your new role**

A data BA/Tech BA with really strong stakeholder engagement skills and to be able to translate tech/data to EGM/EM's. They really need someone who can have that communication style.
- Story elaboration: Functional requirements for remaining development (WP08), CAM, data purge and filtering Test Plan input: Work with Test Manager Devs for definition of done and Test Manager for Test scripts draft and TSR input
- Understand the data structure and flows. That doesn’t mean a Data Analyst, but a BA that can grasp an end to end data flow as opposed to business processes. This also includes where the data is sourced and integration points.
- They will need to have a technical background about them, so they can actively work with the Test Manager.
- A BA that can show up in EM & EGM level meetings and present issues and a workaround because of some technology constraints. They are good verbal and written communicators.
