**Tech BA | Data Migration**

Our client is a niche financial services firm, and they’re currently seeking a Technical BA/Migration Specialist to join their data team.

Working on an initial five month contract basis, you will manage the requirements analysis, mapping and migration of data from their current system to a newly implemented MS Dynamics CRM, and then create a detailed source to target mapping document.

**Key tasks will include**:

- Identifying source systems and relevant datasets
- Writing MS SQL logic to transform source data
- Identifying target state data model gaps
- Using your functional understanding of data modelling
- Support data migration and the CRM project as needed.

**About you**
- Around 5+ years of relevant data and BA experience
- Data migration from source to CRM is needed
- Skills working with structured data
- The ability to read and write MS SQL is essential.
- CRM skills are desirable, and Dynamics an added bonus
- You must be self-sufficient and driven
