**Pega BAJob description**
- Strong BA with good analysis and problem solving skills Have the ability to think creatively, problem solve, develop solutions and influence outcomes.
- Decomposition of features to user stories reflecting benefits, acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks & priorities to enable a feasible solution scope to be estimated for and developed
- Good understanding and previous experience of Agile, support the team with effective performance of Agile activities, ceremonies and show cases.
- Good leadership and communication skills, Effectively manage relationships and communications with stakeholders, customers, product owners, delivery teams
- Support business stakeholders and product owners to develop their ideas and provide guidance
- Work with other roles such as designers, developers, testers and architects to connect business needs with technology solutions
- Effectively communicate requirements, manage conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and the delivery team remain in agreement on solution scope and benefits during the initial project phases
- Previous experience in Distributed Agile ( Optional)
- Scrum master experience ( Optional)

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6-9 months

**Salary**: $58,817.19 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
