Synechron Payments is hiring for a SailPoint BA for Sydney location.
Duration will be 6 months plus extendable.

You will be:

- Responsible for feature & story refinement driving the development and adoption of our identity management policy on leading edge cloud technologies
- Suggesting innovative process and practice improvements to add value, drive productivity/efficiency
- Actively participating in agile scrum ceremonies, focussing on estimation and breakdown of stories
- Assisting the team with testing and doing demos

About you:

- 3+ years’ experience working in User Access Management in financial services
- Experience on the Sailpoint IIQ platform
- Experience working in Sailpoint Role based access control model.
- Experience in Business and IT Role mining.
- Passionate about agile delivery and proven success in agile delivery
- Strong customer empathy and experience with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proven track record across transformation, onboarding, or migration initiatives
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence
- Strong communication and documentation skills - including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- A self-starter with a desire to effect meaningful and value-add change
- Strong team player and collaborator
