We are looking for a superstar _**scheduler **_to join our Right at Home Perth Northern Suburbs and Perth West Coast team on a _**permanent full-time basis**_.

**About the role**
- Maintain effective and efficient rosters, with client's needs as the focus allocating shifts to most appropriate staff
- Answering phone calls and assisting with client and stakeholder enquiries
- Input client requests for services using VisualCare software
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.
- Liaison with brokers, other referral sources, staff members, carer staff, clients and their families as needed
- Ensure all client contact is managed in an empathetic, friendly, engaging and patient manner to quickly build rapport, trust, and confidence with your stakeholders.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- On-call on a rotating roster

**About you**
- Demonstrative experience in scheduling and rostering in the Home Care and Community setting
- Understanding of the SCHADs award, ensuring compliance
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong professional communication and customer service skills
- Developed time-management skills with the ability to multitaskto meet competing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and VisualCare or other rostering software
- The ability to use initiative, work independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of the local geographical area

**Essential**:

- Current Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Valid driver's license and your own reliable registered vehicle
- NDIS check or willingness to obtain

**Preferred**:

- Understanding of the local geographical area
- Cert III in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, or Disability.
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude
- A genuine and caring approach

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
