Support team and Customer Service - Wangara.

IMMEDIATE START Part time or Full time position available

iPasti was born out of love and passion for Italian tradition. Our vision is to bring the taste of Italy to families in Australia from the first bite. We manufacture a range of pastas, sauces and meals that are supplied to retailers and other customers nationwide.

What is the Opportunity?

Working in the administration and customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring our products go to the correct customers on time, and that the customers are satisfied with their orders. Our customers range from local restaurants to national retailers, and you will have the opportunity to work with them all.

Duties include but not limited to..

Answering phones & assisting customers with their enquiries

Liaising with customers

Assisting in investigating customer complaints

Accurately recording & imputing customer orders into our software

Record management (eg filing and scanning documents, maintaining spreadsheets

Raising customer invoices

Logistics & Distribution

General Office Duties

General accountanting data recording

**Required Skills**:
Handling Logistics and Freight

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

3 years general administration experience

Pleasant phone manner

Use of Warehouse Management Software desirable

Work independently and as part of the team

Accuracy and attention to detail

Based in Wangara, Monday to Friday.

Flexible arrangement with Full time or Part time offer contract.

Please note, we can only accept applicants with a current visa to live and work in Australia.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
