**Australand Agriculture Pty Ltd** is an established **Quality Agricultural Products** retailer based in Wangara Western Australia, in the business of - fertilisers, irrigation products, equipment and crop protection products that help serve and help our local farmers grow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end purchasing for fertilisers, chemicals, tools, and accessories
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Maintain stock-level forecasts and assist with inventory control
- Source new suppliers and support cost-saving initiatives
- Deliver goods to customers or collect orders from suppliers, as needed
- Enter and reconcile bills and expenses in Xero
- Manage purchase orders and basic accounting entries
- Assist with month-end reporting and document management
- Liaise with external accountant if needed

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
- Minimum 2 years of experience with bookkeeping (preferable Xero)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in international import/export operations with advanced knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Proven experience in customs clearance and international shipping documentation management.
- High-level Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data entry)
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken), time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and to establish internal and external relationships with suppliers
- Positive “can-do” attitude and ethical work approach
- Willingness to learn, improve and grow with the role
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- A current manual driver’s license

**Desirable**:

- Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or retail
- Prior experience with warehouse systems or stock platforms

**Applications**:
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus
- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
