We are seeking Transformation Program Management expertise at Associate Director level.

**About the Team**

Our National TPM Team is growing to meet an increasing demand from a wide range of industries, dedicated to working with our clients as they are facing an unprecedented rate of change presenting them with new challenges and great opportunity.

We help to plan, design, lead and manage complex pieces of work for our clients and also provide real-time and prospective advice to our clients for the life of major programs/projects. This is an exciting and interesting service as we support major programs/projects across the nation in navigating the challenges associated with delivering major investments.

**What you bring to the role**

You will have proven delivery experience and a delivery mindset combined with a collaborative ‘way of working’ with both clients and team members. This could be from a another consulting organisation or in-house role where delivering hard things and connecting the dots is a basic prerequisite of the role.

If you have an ability to understand key transformation project implementation phases and different delivery models such as Waterfall and Agile, this will place you well to work with us. Our Team Members should have the ability and passion to rapidly analyse and provide real-time advice to senior program stakeholders that is concise, clear and impactful.

Skills and experience required include:

- Demonstrated experience in the **delivery of portfolios, programs or projects**, risk management or advisory delivery, or **advisory services over major transformation projects**:

- An ability to **lead others **and communicate effectively with our clients, including facilitating client workshops.
- Coaching and mentoring of junior team members.
- A **curious mind** and a genuine **interest in transformation**, including technology alongside policy and strategic programs of work that include technology elements
- Proven experience and knowledge of global **frameworks and standards** applicable to Project/Program management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, MSP)
- Strong **written, verbal communication and presentation skills**
