We are looking for an experienced and motivated Associate or Associate Director to join our Structural team in Sydney. This key position will provide innovation and excellence while supporting a talented team of professional engineers.

As an Associate Director, you'll bring at least 10 years' structural engineering experience, ideally within a consulting environment, and a proven track record of leading teams. You'll apply your technical expertise and exceptional client relationship skills to deliver high-rise and complex building projects from concept through to completion.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver practical, economical, and innovative engineering solutions across a variety of projects
  • Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects, including pricing, tender submissions, project scheduling, resourcing, and budget oversight
  • Produce and review designs, specifications, technical documentation, reports, and fee proposals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while driving business opportunities
  • Manage and develop a team of professional engineers
  • Guide and mentor colleagues, sharing knowledge and encouraging best practice
  • Support the Director in the financial, technical, and contractual management of projects

About you:

  • 10+ years' structural engineering experience, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with CPEng accreditation
  • Thorough understanding of relevant Australian Standards
