**Description & Requirements**:

- Position Summary
- The Associate Director, Client Advisory acts as a lead across the Client Advisory team partnering with the Director and Group Head to drive vision and guidance across our client teams.

In addition, we look to the Associate Director as someone to help lead the future vision of our clients and evangelize the Matterkind product suite. This involves working with our internal and agency teams to identify potential opportunities, presenting new ideas and opportunities to further clients integration across Addressable

This role is a great step towards being part of the larger leadership team. During this time you learn to further lead a team, have more control over client strategic direction and driving innovation, while working to further improve processes and increase knowledge across your team.
- Key Responsibilities Partnership
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with Agency team and direct clients to become a trusted advisor, overseeing account management across your client portfolio
- Manage relationships with AdTech vendors and media partners to remain at the forefront of industry changes, negotiate benefits for clients and uncover opportunities to deliver outcomes.
- Work with the Technology lead, Data and Tech team, and other groups across the Matterkind team to develop a deep knowledge of the Matterkind offering.
- Collaborate with the Client Advisory and Trading teams to ensure we are extracting optimal campaign performance for all clients.

Product
- Evangelize Matterkind solutions by familiarizing agency teams with product offering as well as industry updates. Build on the above by working to present to client teams with relevant product offerings across Matterkind, growing their integration.
- Provide insights to your Client Services and/or Agency Teams to assist with the overall digital strategy of future campaigns.
- Work with Associate Directors, Group Director & Technology Lead to drive a culture of technology testing within your team.
- Collaborate with Client Advisory & Product teams to initiate bespoke projects based on brand requirements, supporting digital acceleration and transformation.

Profile
- Build relationships with our Agency partners becoming someone they can turn to for Innovation, problem-solving, Education etc.
- Provide agency partners with thought leadership and education via curation of case studies for internal knowledge share.
- Present relevant topics to the wider Client Advisory team to promote MTK solutions/results and share knowledge.
- Participation in industry events for Matterkind representation and individual network growth.
- Assist Addressable media participation within new business pitches to further develop agency relationships and support business growth.

Performance
- Work with the Director and Group Director to identify areas of opportunity for our team to learn and progress.
- Collaborate with Client Advisory team to extract optimal campaign performance, fulfill client objectives Drive an increase in billings and revenue across your client patch.
- Lead innovation and test & learn projects.
- Identify digital growth opportunities for clients via channel diversification.
- Strategically develop and productize solutions for incremental revenue growth.

People
- Mentor, train and coach the Client Advisory team, providing line of sight and KPI’s for their future growth
- Provide daily direction to direct reports via task management and prioritization in line with agency requests and client SLA’s. While not directly managing (trading and agency teams), work to ensure our Client Advisory, Trading and Agency teams are working harmoniously with one another.
