The Learning & Development Manager will be accountable for conducting training needs analysis’, designing learning interventions, competency assessments, delivery of on-the-job training and Workshop facilitation. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about developing people.

**Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:
**The Role Recipe**:

- Design and develop learning programs and content for in-store team members, management and support office staff, including training modules, workshops, and e-learning materials.
- Deliver training and development programs to staff at all levels, including in-person and virtual delivery.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and content, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage and maintain the company's learning management system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

**Key ingredients**:

- A degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a corporate learning and development role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong experience in developing and delivering learning content, including e-learning materials and workshops.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with learning management systems and other e-learning tools.
- Passion for helping others learn and grow in their careers.
