You will derive both commercial and behavioural Insights from our digital landscape that improve our Marketing effectiveness and ultimately the customers experience. You will elevate our understanding of the performance of our marketing campaigns, customer activity and sales trends, providing actionable insight for business stakeholders.

With your analytical skill set, you will see yourself rolling out standardised reporting and dashboards across multiple brands, allowing the business to enhance its customer engagement strategy and facilitate improved customer campaign personalisation, through understanding of our customer activity, campaign responsiveness and the related segmentation of the customer database.

Partnering with our CRM team, you will provide them with audiences, insights, and tactics for customer campaigns that help drive positive commercial outcomes powered by improved relevancy of campaigns. Undertaking pre
- and post
- analysis to understand the broader effect of marketing campaigns, in conjunction with direct-response analysis you will help measure the success of our campaigns.

**To be successful and happy**:
Commercial experience as a marketing, customer, or commercial analyst within the CRM/Loyalty/Digital marketing space and having dealt with implementation of ROI metrics, lifetime value modelling, customer segmentation and post-campaign analysis would be great.

Confident SQL skills (Google Big Query), with hands on experience in wrangling structured and unstructured data as well as advanced MS Excel skills would also ensure you are successful in this role.

Other fun stuff will include building dashboards in a data visualisation tool (Tableau) for broader business consumption, together with the ability to translate data into true business insight will be key to this role.
