We have an exciting opportunity in the Clinical Applications Service Design & Governance team for a Junior Functional Analyst - Electronic Medical Records (eMR).

Reporting into the Design & Governance Manager you will be part of the team responsible for reviewing and identifying business improvements and the collection, collation, analysis, quality checking, reporting and storing of data. Working closely with Functional Analysts so that the organisation’s business intentions, services and processes can be properly reviewed.

**What you will do**

As an integral member of the Clinical Applications Service Design & Governance team, you will:

- Support team members, including other Functional Analysts, with information gathering and other duties as required to achieve optimal team outcomes.
- Provide input about technical issues and solutions to assist with specifying business requirements for new or existing solutions.
- Perform analysis and work with relevant stakeholders as required. Prepare reports and recommendations to management as requested.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This will involve identifying and resolving issues for users and technical staff.
- Support the organisation with the analysing, documentation and development of business artefacts using defined frameworks and standards.

**About you**

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:

- Demonstrated experience in an information technology position and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in health.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing, working, testing and maintaining service management systems as well as supporting the delivery of project outcomes on time and to the expected levels of quality.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team utilising skills such as Organisation, Multitasking, Communication and Flexibility.
- Sound communication, consultation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality written documentation.
