**About Our Client**:
PageGroup is pleased to partner once again with a National organisation who are a true market leader and one of the most prolific organisations within their sector. With this organisation winning multiple awards over the years, they are recognised as a trusted supplier to all their partners.

We are looking for a proactive and customer service-oriented person to join our credit team. The position is responsible for minimising risk associated with credit accounts by way of the collection of overdue and delinquent debts and the reconciliation of said accounts.

Key duties of the role include:

- Calling customers with outstanding accounts and negotiating payment arrangements.
- Using tools to provide credit assessments for Members.
- Processing payments and dealing with disputes.
- Preparing and sending documentation.
- Ad hoc tasks as required

**The Successful Applicant**:

- 1-3 years' experience in a Credit function
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
