Assistant Brand Manager

**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity exists within our Nestlé Snacks team to join the business as an Assistant Brand Manager. In this role, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager, Snacks and work on exciting innovation. This is a unique opportunity to gain innovation experience from insight through to launch You’ll have the resources, exposure and process that comes from a global company - but the autonomy to develop and execute the plans locally. You will work on iconic Australian brands such as Uncle Toby’s muesli bars, Roll-Ups, Le Snak and MILO Snack bars.

**A day in the life**

You will join a passionate and dynamic team where you will work on market leading brands, you will also lead cross functional teams to deliver key projects to fuel growth.

You will take the lead on new product development across various projects, with responsibility for the end to end go to market plan.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Work cross functionally to lead key activations, such as “back to school” and sampling initiatives
- Develop and implement “best in class” launches for NPD and Promotional Activations
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics including sales volumes, market share trends and competitor activity
- Assist with the development of communication strategies
- Building strong working relationship with internal stakeholders, including commercial, agency partners and global marketing contacts
- Management and champion of brand assets including image library, digital and global marketing
- Support with development of brand strategy & activation plans

**What will make you successful**
- Degree qualified (Commerce / Business / Marketing)
- Ideally you will come from a similar role with FMCG exposure of 1-2 year
- Excellent communication and strong project management skills are essential.
- Digital and/or point of sale material management exposure will be highly regarded.
- Ultimately it will be your innovative approach and ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects that will see you succeed in the role.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency.
