Brand Manager- Starbucks at Home

**The Opportunity**:
Due to an internal move an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Brand Manager to join the Nestlé Coffee business and work on the world’s favourite coffee brand
- Starbucks.

In this role you will be working as part of the Coffee and Dairy Marketing Team, reporting to the Head of Cafe Inspired Coffee and managing one direct report.

**A day in the life of...**:
In this fast paced and dynamic role, a day in the life would look like:

- Lead the development and implementation of “best in class” communication plans
- Strong project management skills to lead innovation/renovation of products
- Collaboration with ANZ and global internal and cross-functional stakeholders to support the effective implementation of brand activities.
- Development, approval and implementation of annual activation plans ensuring internal alignment across all functions
- Track and monitor the performance, range, health and strategic alignment of the brand

**What will make you successful**:

- You will have a curious mindset with a passion for Marketing and building great Brands
- Ideally you will be Tertiary Qualified and have experience in a similar role and FMCG Brand Communication Management Experience
- You will have experience with New Product Development including Pipeline Development and Implementation
- You will have strong commercial acumen with proven experience of budget and P&L management
- You will bring with you your effective communication skills with a strong sense of team
