We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Brand Manager to join our close-knit team on a 12- month fixed term contract. In this exciting role you will get full exposure to the marketing mix.

You will be involved in New Product Development (NPD), marketing communications with a digital and social focus and monitoring performance (such as sales, market share figures and competitive reviews).

You will have the unique opportunity to lead current and future direction of our much-loved brand - FELIX.

**A day in the life of...**:
In this diverse and fun role, no two days will look the same. As the Brand Manager of FELIX, a day in the life will look like:

- Lead the execution of digital & social brand building initiatives
- Development of communication strategies for FELIX, heavy focus on digital and social brand building initiatives.
- Develop and implement “best in class” launches for NPD and Promotional Activations
- Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including commercial, agency partners and global marketing contacts.
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics including sales volumes, market share trends and competitor activity.
- Budget Management
- Management and champion of brand assets

**What will make you successful**:

- Ideally you will hold a completed degree (Commerce / Business / Marketing) and must have experience in an Brand Manager or similar marketing role
- Ideally you will have exposure within FMCG industry
- It is essential you have excellent communication and strong project management skills
- It is highly regarded if you have a high level of digital marketing experience or strong passion to grow your digital experience
- Ultimately it will be your innovative approach and ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects that will see you succeed in the role.
