The Nestlé Consumer Engagement Services team is looking for an experienced and passionate Food Advisor to join their growing team. Your primary focus will be to troubleshoot and resolve any concerns our consumers have on a diverse range of Nestlé products, as well as provide information and advice on product and website related queries.

Time management, attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be pivotal as you manage consumer correspondence through various mediums. Your outgoing nature and confident communication style will enable you to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders who manage a portfolio of iconic brands.

To be considered, you will possess a tertiary qualification in a food or nutrition related discipline, coupled with experience in a service related role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must and previous experience handling social media responses will be highly regarded. You will also have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and possess a passion for nutrition, health and wellness.
