An exciting opportunity exists within our Dairy Team for an experienced Marketer. Leading the charge across the MILO/dairy business, as well as key MILO initiatives, this role offers plenty of exposure to brand strategy development. Along with taking the lead on innovation pipeline development.

Working on market leading brands, you will lead cross functional teams to deliver key projects across the long and short term horizon, with responsibility for the end to end go to market plan.

Joining a high calibre and consumer focused team, you will feel supported as you take ownership of your portfolio and key projects. Key areas of responsibility include:

- Strategic input into the brand plan, championing the needs of consumers and shoppers
- Conversion of both category and consumer insights, into validated brand growth opportunities
- Identification, development and delivery an innovation pipeline. Ensuring a long-term validated pipeline is always live and active
- Management of the innovation process for key projects, in line with business objectives
- Collaborating with internal and external, cross functional stakeholders to support the effective implementation of plans

**What will make you successful**

You will be tertiary qualified and have demonstrable commercial and financial acumen. Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential for this role, as you will need to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
