Bid Writer and Contracts Specialist

As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for:
Assisting in the preparation and coordination of tender documents and bid submissions for a variety of clients in Government (Health, Education, Council etc.) and in the development and construction industry.

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, draft contractual documentation such as service agreements and variations.

Monitor execution and progression of projects, including reviewing contract documents, managing variations, and tracking progress against project schedules.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project contracts and administration

Support the project management team in the delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and Client’s expectations.

Liaise with key stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve any contractual issues that may arise

You will also have a strong understanding of the engineering and construction industry and be able to translate technical information into clear and concise language for a non-technical audience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Sydney NSW 2060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bid writing and contratct: 3 years (required)
