**Administration Assistant - Immediate Start (Up to $30ph - Osbourne Park)**

- Answering the phone, directing calls and messages and organising bookings
- Scheduling rosters and supporting staff whenever needed
- Collect and manage sensitive patient data in accordance with the highest professional standards
- General administrative tasks such as scanning and importing documents, data entry
- Delivering quality customer service patients over the phone
- Entering in referrals and general administration duties
**Skills and Experience Requirements**
- 2+ years admin experience required
- Scheduling (use Allied care) previous experience desirable not essential
- Excellent communication skills and great telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Very reliable with a strong work ethic
- Extremely organised with an excellent attention to detail
