Gardner Homes have gone from strength to strength in recent times and are seeking a Senior leader to deliver effective financial management, develop the commercial strategy and ensure the continued success of the G.J. Gardner Homes group.

**Your new role**

As the Head of Finance and Commercial you will be responsible for:

- Managing the Commercial Strategy, supplier partnerships, insurance solution, display and land funds, developer relationships and franchise capital solution.
- Overseeing the financial operations of the business including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Overseeing and monitoring the monthly reporting processes to provide financial statements, analysis and insights to the Executive and Board of Directors.
- Providing financial leadership, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the ongoing long-term success of G.J. Gardner Homes.
- Supporting successful outcomes to the franchise and investors through growth and returns.
- Support growth and managing risks, through the enhancement of capability tools for financial management.
- Establish and manage mutually successful supplier & developer partnerships.
- Develop and roll-out commercial initiatives in support of the franchise vision.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Extensive experience in financial management within a commercial environment, including budget development and reporting is required along with a relevant tertiary education and CA or CPA qualification.

Possess strong presentation and negotiation skills at a senior level. Exceptional engagement skills, including the ability to initiate, establish and maintain solid relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
