Lead the finance function of a global manufacturer and supplier and become part of the Senior Leadership Team.

**Your new company**
My client is an international Organisation within the Manufacturing and Supply sector with Head Offices located on the Gold Coast. They are a an established organisation looking to grow and expand further. Due to these plans they are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to support the COO on the organisations finance needs.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the COO and becoming part of the Senior Leadership Team you will lead the organisations finance function and drive strategical decisions. You will drive process improvement and be involved directly with business decisions as they branch out into new global markets. You will cover all areas of finance and lead a small team including a Data Analyst and the IT function. For full list of responsibilities and PD please contact Harvey.

**What you'll need to succeed**
A proven track record in managing and training finance teams and working in a fast paced, evolving environment. You will demonstrate acumen in systems and process improvement and strength in the provision on management reports. Your strong leadership will define your success in this role. You will be CA or CPA qualified and demonstrate strong technical skills. Experience within the Manufacturing sector and global markets will be favourable for this role. This role suits a proven Head of Finance or Financial Controller looking to step up. The role has the potential to develop into a CFO position as the business continues to grow.
