In this role, you will support with the ongoing administration and maintenance of Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety HRIS ensuring accuracy and security. Additionally, you will be responsible for all relevant divisional HR metrics, analytics, and reporting.

**About the role**:

- Liaise with Payroll and HR Teams to maintain data within PeopleSoft, ensuring accuracy and functionality
- Provide general HR advisory support to employees and management as required
- Generate reporting and metrics to communicate to the division and support HR decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations
- Support with relevant project related activities as required

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR or related field (recent graduate preferred)
- High level understanding of HR processes and systems (particularly PeopleSoft HRIS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in report and metric generation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or part of a team as required

This is a **fixed term opportunity ending November 2025.**This role can be based in either **Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.**
