**Description**:
This exciting role is responsible for being the Sunny Queen employment brand ambassador With the support of your team, you will work across all areas of HR including talent attraction, people systems, compliance, learning and development and more

About the Role

Be the first point of contact for general team member enquiries
Generalist HR activities across a range of areas
Interpret industrial instruments and legislation to provide timely advice to support leaders and employees.
Research and report on all new and reviewed Fair work compliance
Lead the People and Culture team in managing external audits (experience with SEDEX SMETA audits is advantageous).
Management and continuous improvement of HRIS (experience with ELMO software advantageous).
Support the end-to-end Sunny Queen talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding and other recruitment related process.
Updating relevant documentation inclusive of P&C related policies and procedures, Position Descriptions, Org charts etc.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively
Support and promote the Sunny Queen Mission, Vision and Values

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR support role
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
An intermediate level of understanding and experience of interpreting National and State Industrial Relations legislation
Human Resource Information System (HRIS) experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
A highly organised self-starter
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
