**Description**:
We are on the hunt for our next Payroll Superstar We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Coordinator to join our People and Culture team in Carole Park, QLD on a Permanent Full-Time basis. Are you someone who has a passion for payroll? Then we have the opportunity for you. This role will be responsible for efficient processing of payroll across all sites and will provide HR administrative support across the broader People & Culture team.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Some of your key responsibilities**:
Complete end to end payroll responsibilities across the business.
Respond and address any payroll enquiries.
Payroll reporting functions monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Manage timekeeping systems and support managers with enquiries.
Stay up to date with legislative compliance across all payroll functions.
Support and promote the Sunny Queen Mission, Vision and Values.
Maintain team members records from start to finish.
Identify and implement operational efficiencies.

**To be considered for this role, you will have**:
3+ years of experience in an end-to-end payroll.
Intermediate/Advanced Excel and numeracy skills.
Knowledge and experience in processing payroll including award interpretation.
Experience with cloud-based payroll systems.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management (desirable)
