Sales Operations Specialist

You will be a part of a global

**Your new role**
- Being 1st line support for Sales teams providing prompt assistance and troubleshooting for daily issues
- Develop and monitor Helpdesk performance indicators
- Liaise with Sales teams and CRM teams to develop optimized CRM-related and business processes
- Suggest sales process improvements based on insights from Helpdesk data
- Drive processes standardisation projects across META and APAC markets personally on a regular basis

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- BS degree in relevant field and experience within Sales Operations min of 1-2 years in IT/Digital industry
- Motivated and a self-starter, ability to work with limited supervision and in constantly changing environment
- Hands on experience with CRM systems in B2B IT/Digital industry is required;
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel and Power Point preferably (BI system knowledge is a plus;)
- Analytical and multitasking skills
