We're scaling fast and we're looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to play a central role in powering our go-to-market engine.

The Opportunity

This is not your average back-office ops role. As our Sales Operations Specialist, you'll sit at the heart of our sales strategy and operations team, making sure our sales organisation has the tools, processes and insights to thrive. From optimising our CRM and lead management, to forecasting pipeline and training the sales team, you'll be the person who turns data and process into sales success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own lead management processes to ensure timely and effective allocation of opportunities
  • Monitor and analyse key sales performance metrics to drive strategic decisions
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and build reports/ dashboards to give leaders visibility
  • Identify and implement improvements to sales processes and systems
  • Administer and maintain CRM (HubSpot) and sales tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Provide insights on prospect and customer data to boost sales productivity
  • Run training sessions and ensure adoption of sales processes and tools
  • Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, and Account Management to align GTM execution

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in sales operations, revenue operations or strategy roles
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with Excel/ Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement systems would be beneficial
  • An energetic, proactive and positive presence - someone who will add to our culture and bring enthusiasm and drive to the team every day
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Commercial acumen and the drive to succeed in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up
