**About the role**:
Exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Specialist to join a fun team, leading the way in innovation and changing the way the industry does business.

**As the Sales Operations Specialist you will**:

- Be the central point of contact for customer operational enquiries and activities
- Maintain relationships with internal and external relationships for operational activities
- Internally communicate customer requirements and needs, while managing customer expectations on deliverables
- Set up meetings as required between internal and external stakeholders to support business growth
- Co-ordinate the execution of internal contractual documentation for new and existing customers
- Support Business to achieve revenue targets
- Work with all stakeholders to design and develop bespoke engineering solutions
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within Salesforce
- Assist with the preparation of reporting from Salesforce

**Skills & Experience**

What we’re looking for:

- Ideally you will have previous experience working in a sales operations capacity on a reconciliation project or industry experience within wireless telecommunications, co-location, or tower upgrades
- Understanding of commercial practice, arrangements and revenue targets
- Understanding of Project management principles and sound business acumen
- Previous Salesforce experience
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to influence and proactively find solutions
- Excellent written communications skills for persuasive sales proposals, reports and presentation
- Proven coordination and time management skills and ability to work autonomously
- Well-developed drive for delivery of process outcomes and supporting customers with turnaround time frames
- Nice to have - tertiary discipline relevant to a Telecommunications or property, or industry experience in tower co-location and/or technical knowledge in design and delivery of tower upgrades and builds.
