**Role Description**
We are seeking a Sales & Ops specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. In this position, you will be responsible for helping us achieve our business development goals by identifying potential leads, supporting sales initiatives, and providing administrative support to our operations team.

This is an onsite role, 3 days per week, where you will gain hands-on experience in high volume recruitment, sales operations, and customer success. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to grow and develop their career in the technology startup space.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations or related fields
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Growth-mindset, drive for success, and ability to take ownership of tasks and projects
- Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus
- Authorized to work in Australia and availability for an on-site internship in Sydney, NSW.
