Fulton Hogan's Manufacturing Business located in Hazelmere is currently seeking a Fixed Plant Operator to join our Production team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for
- Operate asphalt plant and/or loader to produce asphalt to specifications.
- Plan activities for production of asphalt
- Communicate directly with customers to schedule orders and load vehicles
- Work closely with quality control team to ensure asphalt meets customer specifications
- Encourage safe work practices and ensure safety procedures are adhered to
- Provide positive input at pre-starts, toolbox and safety meetings
- Comply with relevant company policies, procedures and site rules

How you’ll connect to the role?
- Previous experience in Asphalt production would be an advantage but not essential
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality and environmental practices
- Availability to work extended hours, including night shift & weekends when required
- Have some mechanical knowledge or experience in plant maintenance
- A current WA Driver's License
