With our business growth and moving into our new premises, we need an experienced
**HR/Office Admin** to take on a range of (exciting and very important) HR and admin functions, including HR consulting projects (develop HR documentation/advice for clients and help consultants with HR consulting projects), marketing and sales support, office admin, organising team events, and support our MD.

Harrisons consists of talented professionals across HR, OD, WHS and recruitment consulting.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Business Manager you will cover:
- Range of HR and recruitment consulting and admin support with consultants and for clients.
- Business development support - draft proposals, help with tenders, events, marketing e-newsletters, social media posts.
- Office management - efficient running of our office - phones, visitors, office & kitchen supplies, meeting rooms.
- Accounts - assisting with invoicing, job setup, and accounts payable.
- People and culture - help organise team events and meetings, professional development, onboarding.
- Support MD, eg consulting projects, organise and confirm meetings.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Love working in a HR/recruitment professional environment.
- Enjoy variety, juggling multiple priorities, learning new systems/skills, and being busy.
- Like to be organised, get the details right, and meet new people.
- Have worked with Office 365, especially Word and Outlook.
- Maybe you already have a qualification in HR, admin or business.
