Mount Pleasant is an iconic Australian winery located in the Hunter Valley. With over 700 acres of land over four locations Mount Pleasant produces 20,000 cases of premium wine and has been operating since 1921. It employs approximately 20 staff in the vineyards, winery, cellar door, and administration.

The primary objective of this role is to conduct cellar operations, and to ensure safety, quality and productivity requirements are met.

The role encompasses:

- Be involved in and perform all cellar duties as required.
- Perform cellar operations in accordance with standards and company procedures.
- Ensure work orders are completed on time and in order of priority.
- Be familiar with the operation and use of Cellar equipment and report any identified operational issues and expected delays to the Winemaker.
- Carry out cellar hygiene and housekeeping programs.
- Undertake analysis within the laboratory.

Job Requirements
- Willing to work extended hours as required
- Previous vintage and knowledge of winery operations
- Current drivers licence
- Confined Spaces Certificate
- Forklift licence
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Team player
