**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
KANGAROO CARE PTY LTD is a privately owned Australian proprietary company conveniently situated in Suite 165, Manilla street, East Brisbane, Queensland 4169, Australia and As a provider of NDIS Disability Support, we help people by arranging or providing the services they need to live the life they want. We support them by planning, arranging, and delivering the services. We are known for being fast and efficient in responding to referrals and getting them approved quickly, so our clients receive the support they need promptly.

We are looking for a permanent full-time Management Consultant to join our team. Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Offering high-level administrative support, strategic planning, and operational guidance, along with research and advice on matters such as staff, financial, facilities, and information services management to senior executives.
- Overseeing the development and management of the organization's administrative, financial, physical, and staff resources.
- Creating and enforcing administrative, financial, and operational procedures and guidelines for organizational staff.
- Conducting analyses of complex resource management issues and initiatives that impact the organization, and preparing related reports, correspondence, and submissions.
- Assisting in the preparation and support of financial reports and budgeting processes.
- Leading, managing, and nurturing administrative staff to enhance business operations and ensure the delivery of precise and prompt information.
- Representing the organization in negotiations, as well as at conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums; promoting both existing and new programs and policies.
- Participate in strategic planning processes with client organizations, contributing expertise to achieve their goals and objectives,
- Uphold professional standards and ethics in consulting practices, maintaining integrity and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Pay: $90,313.53 - $100,000.00 per year
