This role will be providing administrative support to the sales operation and demand planning manager.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work in a small team to provide administrative assistance in the sales process
- Co-ordinate deliveries, installation and commissioning of units
- Evaluate outstanding supplier purchase orders, cost management of outbound logistics and warehousing for assigned projects
- Monthly forecasts of revenue and invoicing - simple data entry into system

Administrative experience is vital for this role, this role is beginning on a three month contract but will likely be extended, there are also permanent prospects if the role is working out well for both parties. please get in contact if this may be an opportunity that you are interested in.
